Aloe Body Butter Reviews

Was gifted this by a friend and now i can say that i absolutely love this body butter. I usually apply the butter after i shower as it melts into the skin really well. It's alcohol free and it doesn't have a strong fragrance like most of the other body butters from The Body Shop.

I'm already half way through the tub so i definitely will go buy another tub but maybe i'll try out other products.

I bought this body butter few months back, while I was traveling when my skin got flaky and itchy due to change in weather. I wanted something to calm and soothe my dry irritated skin.

The texture of this cream is light weight and not too creamy. It absorbs into the skin beautifully making it soft. This body butter is perfect for any skin irritation as it did soothe and calm my irritated skin.

That being said, this body butter was not moisturising enough for my dry skin especially in winters, hence I added few drops of baby oil into this cream and it worked as a miracle for my dry skin. This combination helped to spread the product easily onto my skin and most importantly it stayed moisturised, soft and smooth till next day morning. In winters, my skin totally loved the combination of this cream with the baby oil. Now that I have run out of this cream and I can’t find the exact product locally in any Body Shop stores I might have to try their aloe soothing rescue cream mask and use it as a body cream.

Plus points this body butter is free from fragrance, colour, preservative and alcohol.

After my shower I applied this body butter and it was nice and smooth to apply.My skin felt cool and creamy and it absorbed quite well.I used this for the week and found the smell was not over powering just nice,and my skin did benefit from the usage.I did recommend it to my daughter but she thought it was too heavy for her skin.,so it's not for everyone ,but I have continued to use mine with non oily results.

I absolutely love to use this creamy Moisuriser, which just absolutely melts into your skin like......butter.
Used after showering, it makes your skin feel fabulous and soft, I feel really pampered after applying this.
I like that it really has very little smell, and that it's free from alcohol, colour and preservatives.
I love the texture it has, likely from the additions or Aloe Vera, Brazil nut oil, Shea and cocoa butters.

I love love love this body butter! It is fragrance free and not too heavy or oily. It's really nice to apply straight after the shower as it settles in nicely to the skin. Great for when you want to go out and have a perfume to wear as there is no smell to it. I use this all year round and my skin is dry and quite sensitive, but this keeps it moisturised and neutral.
