A relaxing warm bath with some pleasant smelling candles is a great stress buster for me. If I don't have that kind of time, I go to bed with some lavender oil in the diffuser.

When I'm stressed at work I like to have Cammomile tea, it's so soothing Pilates or group fitness classes are great, any exercise really as this releases 'feel good' endorphins. Have a friend come over for some gossip, do each others hair and makeup. The best cure is a good belly laugh :)

Exercise is my champion when I'm stressed out. Also some good girly bathroom time - long shower or bath and a slathering of body butter can usually put me at ease
