This kit is a very useful and handy kit to have for helping you groom your facial hairs as well as bikini line.
I have only used it on my face so far and was impressed with how easy it was to use and how fast it smoothed away all the facial hairs.
It comes with lots of attachments. The eyebrow blade is double sided , there is a tiny precise blade as well as a longer blade. The precise blade was handy to use , just to shave off the excess hair on my eyebrows. It was safe to use and also it was so precise and tiny and made me confident enough to use it around my eyebrows not feeling scared to shave off my entire eyebrows.
I loved the round attachment that smoothed and shaved off my facial peach fuzz. It was also helped to clear away the tiny pesky chin hair.
I also used it on my upper lips area to remove all the hairs and it worked so well .
It comes with a plastic pouch to house all the attachments as well as an AA battery.
I am happy with the kit and find it is a handy tool to have.

Schick Hydro Silk Perfect Finish is an amazing product. It is so easy to use, very quiet compared to other electric trimmers, and leaves skin feels irresistibly smooth.

During quarantine I have been lacking in self-care, so now that life is slowly returning to the new normal, my body jungle needs to be tamed.
This product is absolutely perfect for this task. It is so quiet, and you don't feel any ripping or tugging while it smoothly cuts through the hair.
The Schick Hydro Silk Perfect Finish comes with 4 attachments, making it the perfect all-rounder for hair trimming or shaving.
My first test was the peach fuzz on my face, and I didn't even feel the hair being shaved off. It was so effortless, and my skin felt incredibly smooth afterwards.

The eyebrow trimmer is amazing, and with the tiny attachment it eliminates the anxiety felt by using a larger-than-anticipated attachment on such an important area.

My bikini area hasn't felt this smooth and fancy for months! It was a very nice change after sheltering in home for a few months.

I highly recommend this amazing product. It will change your hairy life.

Such a neat little kit with more than one use that helps you save on time and effort - depending on personal preferences.
Very easy to understand the function and use it. Like how they had images with the instructions - leaving no scope for confusion.

For brows - for me that I just tried once and chickened out. I'm very scared of accidentally shaving off my brows. Also considering that of all hair on my body, my brows are most well-behaved, I like to leave them alone ;) (Don't be jealous. Next point is going to make you feel very lucky).

For facial hair - little rotating round head. Definitely the function I have used most. Not just upper lips and lower lips and chin, I also get prominent side burn hair so this tool did make life very 'bright' for me. No scope of accidentally damaging the skin, removes those fine hair gently and very close shave result. Absolutely perfect to prep for my laser sessions.

For bikin - this is somewhere in the range of oky. Not super close shave but decent enough if you don't like using razors. I personally don't like super close shave for bikini area since when the hair start growing back it's like stubble beard feeling - itchy, prickly and all sorts of uncomfortable. So to me this trimmer works better.

Overall - easy to use device that is so little and easy to carry while travelling thanks to the little bag provided in the kit.

I was fortunate enough to receive the Schick Hydro Silk Perfect Kit to trial. I found the product was really easy to assemble and use, and comes with a small carry pouch which I found useful to store all the small attachments that it came with.
When I first received this product I was very excited to use it, as I currently pluck my eyebrows with tweezers, and wax unwanted facial hair. However when using it on my eye brows I found the product didn't get very close to the skin, so when using it for my eyebrows it was great for when I didn't have much time and needed to touch them up, however after a few days you could see the hair again so the product couldn't replace my tweezers entirely.
I found the product awkward to hold when trying to use it on my eyebrows, and could only really use it on the top of my eyebrows and not underneath them due to the close distance between the small razer and my eyes.
As such, I would recommend this product for someone who wants a quick way to do some hair removal; however do not think it would be able to entirely replace your hair removal regime.

I was lucky to be invited to be a part of the trial team for the Schick Hydro Silk Perfect Finish Kit. I was really excited to see how it went.
It’s a light purple colour, around the size of a Nikko pen and is designed for keeping eyebrows, facial hair and bikini lines inline. There are different head attachments depending on where you want to use it.
Ok so eyebrows first - I was a bit scared to try it on my brows as I’ve had a few bad experiences with home jobs and I get them done professionally now but this surprised me. It was good for giving my brows a quick touch up though I wouldn’t stop my professional appointments just yet. I think that’s more of my own self doubt though.
Next, facial hair - I used it for my upper lip and was surprised at how well it performed. There wasn’t any hair left after use and didn’t take long to use. It was a bit awkward with the round head, I think an angular shape would be better but not a big problem at all.
Lastly, the bikini trimmer - I usually get my lady bits sugared but I was in between appointments so there was enough hair to try it out with. I didn’t really need the trimmer but I gave it a go anyway! I think it would be good for people who don’t sugar/wax/shave as there are different trim length settings. The final result wasn’t as smooth as other removal ways which would annoy me so much but could be perfect for others.

Overall I think the Hydro Silk Perfect Finish would be a great travel accessory if you’re in between professional appointment.

I will preface this review by saying I am not a very hairy person. I have olive skin but my hairs are quite fair. As a result, I did not overly love this product. My expectations were high and I expected the results to be as effective as normal shaving. They were not...

Upon opening the trimmer I was pleased it included a battery and the instructions were easy to follow.

Firstly, I tested out the bikini trimmer. Once again, I don't have a lot to work with however it did the job of removing the hairs. Whilst it was easy to use and move around that area, it didn't remove the hairs as close to the skin as my normal razor shaver. It also gripped the skin more and was a little uncomfortable to use in comparison to my razor.

Secondly, I tested the eye brow trimmer. It was a little bit terrifying having something resembling clippers near my eyebrows. To get the hairs under the arch of my brow I found my nose got in the way of the angel required and it was a lot of effort and time consuming (I might just be super unco at this though!) . When I did work out the angel it didn't trim hairs as close to skin as I would like and would definitely choose to wax or pluck my brows over using this again. I did like the two options for length and the comb attachment you could put over the top of the trimmer for a uniform length.

Thirdly, I tried the face trimmer. I don't really have hairs on my face so did not see a huge difference and wasn't requiring the product for this reason.

Overall, I love that you can use it in the shower and it can provide a quick touch up for brows but it wouldn't replace tweezers and razors for me personally.

I’m going to break my review into 4 parts: bikini trimmer, face hair removal and eyebrow tool plus overall review...

Bikini trimmer: i have used schick hair removal products for my bikini area before and they have never seemed to fail me. The same applies to this product. Easy to use and gets the job done properly. Safe to use with no nicks to my skin. Bikini hair is so awkward to get right and so hard to shave, but the hydro perfect silk makes life so much easier, helps reach those tricky spots and has an easy grip handle to hang onto. The only disappointing thing is that we are all in lockdown and I can’t try out wearing my bathers poolside on a lovely holiday with my hair free bikini line!!!

Facial hair remover: this attachment impressed me the most. I have a hairy lip and have never been brave enough to do anything about it due to the fear of having to maintain it all the time and the pain associated with removing the hair. I decided to give it a try with the hydro silk and was more than pleasantly surprised!! It literally took seconds and didn’t hurt a bit, actually I felt nothing!! To be honest I tried it on my arm hair first and noticed great results in my trial patch. It amazes me how easy and quick it is to use and it doesn’t hurt a bit... this just isn’t a thing with facial hair... well it is now!!! I’m never going back!!!

Eye brow tool: I’m very nervous when it comes to doing my own eyebrows... I normally leave it up to the experts. Because again, lockdown I haven’t been able to attend my eyebrow appointments so I was ready to give this a try. I used the trimming piece to try and shape them better. It did an ok job but to be Honest I didn’t want to do to much Incase I mucked it up. I added the other attachment to trim the length of the hair and it took a little bit off but didn’t have a noticeable difference. Probably my least favorite attachment I’d still leave eyebrows up to the professionals but that’s just me being a scaredy-cat!!!

Over all... amazing!! Absolutely love the bikini and facial hair attachments, the work wonderfully!! Easy and simple to use, no pain and so quick and easy!! The eyebrow shaped and trimmer, not really for me but for those who are experts at doing their own eyebrows then you’d probably have more confidence than me. Lovey packaging and the most beautiful purple colour (I love purple). Would definitely recommend to those too scared to tackle their facial hair who are worried about pain and commitment, guys, this makes life so easy!!! Takes a few seconds... literally!!

I have been using the Schick Hydro Silk Perfect Finish Kit for the past week and I am overall impressed with this product.

I love that it comes with 4 different attachments which are super easy to take off and switch around.
My favourite one is definitely the face shaver, it's a lifesaver! I get a fair bit of peach fuzz and this removes it completely pain free.
I have also been using it to shape my brows and I am obsessed with the results and how easy it is to use.
I was pleasantly surprised after using it on my bikini area, it does a great job of trimming the hair down.
I love how sleek the actual razor is and the colour of it. I think it would be even better if there were a little stand for it.
It did come with a battery which didn't last too long but that doesn't bother me as it only needs 1 AA battery.

I definitely recommend me this kit, it's the perfect holy grail razor that everyone needs in there life.

This is such a handy tool to groom hairs!
The schick hydro silk perfect finish is about 15 cm long and has 3 detachable heads. It has a round head which moves in circular directions designed for facial hair. Another head is a small trimmer designed for fine hair around the eyebrow regions and the final head is like a traditional razor designed for bikini line.
It is operated by a AA battery and is simple and easy to use and can be housed in a white pouch.
The other day, in the car mirror I noticed some annoying chin hairs and noticed my brows a bit wild.
It was so quick and easy to fix those with this tool. No major prep or aftercare required!
There are also attachable heads to assist with length control- personally I don't find these very helpful.
I would use this tool as a handy touch up. I doesn't replace the need for tweezing and proper eyebrow shaping with tweezers/ wax, etc.
