Rosehip tea bircher muesli recipe
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But many of us can be guilty of skipping it whenever we’re in a rush or have nothing prepared.
That’s what makes this recipe for rosehip tea bircher SO good. Made by nutritionist Jacqueline Alwill, it’s not only rich in antioxidants and easy on your digestive system, but it can be made the night before so you only need to put the final touches on in the morning!

Ingredients (serves 2-3 people):
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 cups of rosehip tea
- 1 tbs honey (plus extra to serve)
- 1 cup of mixed berries (plus extra to serve)
- Natural Yoghurt to serve
In a medium sized dish, combine 2 cups of rolled oats with ½ cup of shredded coconut and 2 cups of rosehip tea.
Mix in 1 tbs of honey and 1 cup of berries and then place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add a scoop of natural yoghurt, a drizzle of honey and finish off with a few more berries.
