Anthelios Tinted Fluid Facial Sunscreen SPF 50+ Reviews

I have purchased this many times but in the non-tinted version. I was interested in trying out the tinted version to see if it would help with evening out my skin tone while also protecting my skin so that way I wouldn't have to wear makeup. When I opened the bottle the sunscreen looked much darker than my skin tone so I knew that this probably wouldn't match my skin. Nevertheless I still decided to try it out in hopes that it would blend really easily and not appear as dark as it did when I opened it. I also wanted to add that the fluid also came out right away when I opened it without me even pouring it out so be careful as it can come gushing out! The tinted fluid was lightweight but had a slightly oily feeling when I put it on. It didn't feel too greasy and it did absorb really easily into the skin. The tint was not a suitable match for my skin and therefore I would probably stick with the non-tinted version. What I like about this sunscreen is that it doesn't feel heavy on your face. I really dislike wearing sunscreen and using this makes it more tolerable as it's incredibly lightweight and it doesn't make my skin feel too uncomfortable.

I love La Roche-Posay products. The old saying of 'you get what you pay for' is very true with these products. Effective with a nice fragrance and non greasy. They are expensive but worth it generally. However I have used other sunscreens that are alot cheaper and just as effective. So as much as I liked this product it is not one I'll buy again.

The Anthelios Ultra Light tinted sunscreen shows just how far sunscreen has come from the heavy, claggy substance we've all rubbed into our skin at some point.

This is a product which really does do what it says on the box. It is an ultra light product that takes a few minutes to settle on the skin, but then gives a lovely, barely there feel to sun protection. There is a minimal clammy feel at first, but it is perfectly possible to forget you are even wearing an SPF 50+.

There is a reasonably strong sunscreeny smell to the product, but nothing more then a good many sun protection products out there. The tint is barely there- I really couldn't tell on my olive skin that there was anything there at all. But it feels super comfortable to wear, and provides very effective protection from the Australian sun.

I received this as a sample and all I can say is oh my goodness the smell! While pleasant it is so heavily perfumes and it is literally like putting perfume all over your face. The smell was so strong I had to wash it off. It’s all you can smell all day.
I also accidentally put it too close to my eye and my eyes went red and watered for an hour.
I feel like this is just perfume and chemicals. I did not enjoy it at all.
The texture is thin like water and it just pours out and everywhere.
It did feel nice and smooth applying to the face and gave a nice sheer coverage, but I could not use this on a regular basis as the smell is just far too fragrant.
