I had wanted to lose a little bit of weight for awhile now and after my four week trial I had not only lost a few kg's but it left me feeling great! I was on the accelerated program for the first two weeks as I really wanted to kick start my metabolism. I was finding that I would get through to about 3pm and was hungry (also because I was exercising most days), so for the last two weeks I changed to a light breakfast (an egg or some yoghurt with muesli), a shake at lunch and then a lighter dinner and then found that my energy levels increased in the afternoon and the hunger was not there anymore. The taste of the shakes were great, I loved the chocolate, especially when I mixed it with some ice. It made me feel like I was having a treat but really it was filling me with such great ingredients that were so good for me. My general overall health improved and previously I had stomach issues when I did eat some food and felt really bloated. Having one Eimele shake a day literally has changed my life in the sense I no longer had that bloated feeling anymore.

As someone who had never previously tried a meal replacement shake, I was excited to participate in this trial team. It couldn’t have come at a better time. Since I have been working at home for months now, I have noticed myself making unhealthy eating choices and not following a consistent routine. I decided to use this trial as re-set on my diet and lifestyle choices.

I chose to replace two meals a day with a shake, having a shake for breakfast and lunch and a light dinner, or on days where I was feeling particularly hungry after breakfast, I would enjoy a meal and have a shake for dinner instead. I was apprehensive about how the shakes would taste, knowing that some protein shakes can have a funny aftertaste or a grainy consistency. Much to my surprise, I enjoyed the taste of both shakes. I received the shakes in two flavours – vanilla and chocolate. My favourite was the chocolate shake. I found they way I most enjoyed serving the shakes was over a generous cup of ice. This made the shake refreshing, creamier and more enjoyable in my opinion. The trial package also came with a shaker bottle which I found easy to use and did the job – I did not need a blender.

I felt great after drinking each shake. I really enjoyed knowing that I was fuelling my body with protein, fibre, vitamin D and B12, iron and calcium in all the one hit. It can be difficult to meet the daily recommended intake for key nutrients that our body needs each day – I know it is something that I struggle with. These shakes made is easy and convenient with their balanced and comprehensive formula. I felt full after drinking a shake and found they satisfied me until my next meal. On days where I would have a shake and was feeling peckish after a few hours, I would eat a piece of fruit and that would normally carry me over to my next meal. Another key difference I noticed while participating in this trial team was a change in my energy levels. I noticed I had more energy throughout the day, and more sustained energy rather than experiencing an ‘energy high’ after caffeine or a sugar treat. I felt less lethargic and felt lighter. At the end of the trial, I had lost more than 3kilos which was a fantastic surprise.

While drinking the meal replacements, I noticed a change in my behaviour regarding my food choices. Because the shakes left me feeling energised and at my best, and it always feels good when you know you are doing something good for your body, I used that momentum to make healthier choices with my other meals too. A welcomed flow on effect! Overall, I really enjoyed participating in this trial team and would definitely recommend the Eimele meal replacement shakes to friends and family who are wanting to shed a few kilos and start feeling more energised, lighter and healthier.

i was a bit skeptical about trying this product as i have had bad experiences with meal replacing shakes etc. But after finding put a bit more about this product i was a bit more intrigued which brings me to writing this review today haha! The overall look of the packaging was clean and crisp and tidy, but in a good way, not OTT but simply classical and feminine. The flavour matched the products look, again in a good way, clean tasting, fresh and crisp. Delicious notes of chocolate and vanilla, it was very refreshing, and filling haha. During my timevof trying them, i drank/ate only them and had my main meal at night - in total i lost 9 kilos YAY So i think i may continue to use them as i found them to be very tasty, easy to work with and take on the go! They would be good for pre-gym work outs, light lunches or mid-shopping snacks too!

I was eager to try the Eimele Meal Replacement Shake as I have tried many in the past and they always miss the mark. I was pleasantly surprised with the shakes. I received two flavours, vanilla and chocolate as part of the trial team. I am more of a vanilla fan so tried that first. It was lacking a bit of flavour due to too much water so the next time I tried it I used less water and the taste was better. When I tried the chocolate shake I was really surprised with the flavour. I am not usually a chocolate lover but this hit the mark for me in terms of taste. Both shakes made me feel full and not hungry at all so were really easy to add into my daily routine of eating. I substituted one meal a day with the shakes and this worked well for me, usually for breakfast so I could start the day off right.

I chose to participate in this trial to reset my body, eating habits and shake a couple of kilos that I have gained this year.

Eimele sent out two flavoured shakes - chocolate and vanilla as well as a shaker bottle.

I decided to do the 2 shakes and a small healthy meal - I had a shake for breakfast and dinner. And small healthy meal for lunch. I did this for 2 weeks, then had a small healthy meal for dinner.

I found the shaker bottle not effective so instead I blended my shakes in a blender and small cup of ice - to me I found it tasted much better and filled me up.

My favourite flavour is the vanilla. The chocolate was yummy - in fact its the best chocolate shake I have tried but the vanilla was more tastier.

The first few days I eased into the diet, doing minimal exercise, gentle yoga, light walks and stretches, But after that I went to my usual routine.

I found it hard at first to lose weight, perhaps because I have PCOS and water retention it took a week to lose weight. But in week two I lost 1.5 kilos.
The second and third week I lost 1 kilo each week.

I have had low iron and B12 levels and I think my energy was replenished due to the high iron and B12 levels. The protein was great as the shakes filled me up.

I think the diet Eimele have put together with their shakes is sensible and my body enjoyed it which made the program easier to follow.

The shakes filled me up where I didn't need to snack in between meals.

I would definitely recommend Eimele to friends and family.

Because of my PCOS, it is harer to lose weight, I think I would need to do the shake program longer for more effective results.

I received the Eimele meal replacements shakes as part of the Beauty Heaven trial. I was really excited to open the box and find 2 shake flavours (which smelled great!) and a handy shaker cup to help break down the powder into a smooth shake consistency.

I initially opted for the accelerated meal plan which involved replacing 2 meals with the shakes and eating 1 small healthy meal a day. This was not for me. It wasn't so much the restricted meals; I just found it hard to stomach the shake first thing in the morning. Something about the taste or the grittiness was too overwhelming. This isn't specific to Eimele, I feel this way about all meal replacement shakes I've tried.

I pushed through for a few days and aside from feeling nauseous after each shake, I was pleased to find that I wasn't hungry and my energy levels were stable. After a few days I switched to intermittent fasting but I didn't last long on that meal plan either, so eventually I settled for replacing 1 meal with a shake and eating my other 2 meals as normal. This approach was more manageable and by the end of the trial I had lost 2 kg!

I happy to try this out as I have never don’t a shake diet before. The drinks were ok. I liked the vanilla one better than the chocolate. I just wasn’t a fan of the powder taste of the shakes. I tried to stay one the full program but felt so tired. I run daily and I just don’t think it was a good fit for me and my lifestyle. I find it super super super hard to lose weight and I didn’t lose any weight with this. I would recommend people trying the shakes and seeing if it fits their lifestyle. Not to stress if it doesn’t. I like the idea of the shakes and being more mindful of what you are eating.

I don’t think I would ever try it again. I appreciate the opportunity and chance to try the shakes. I love the container that comes with the set to shake the drinks up. It was easy to use and very easy to clean.

I love the idea of a fuss free meal. All too often we prepare what we think to be a healthy meal, adding what we think are all our required nutrients but often qe are dead wrong. I like that having this shake meant that I didnt have to worry about any of that, it was all done for me.
I wasnt a fan of the vanilla I must say, but I loved the nutty flavour in the chocolate flavoured shake. I tried it a few different ways, added berries and blended and also added ice and a teaspoon of organic peanut butter, for a choc peanut butter shake, which was so good!!
I chose the accelerated program which consisted of replacing 2 meals a day with a shake. I did find this hard because I love my food, so I did this on weekdays only. I lost 3.4kg so I'm pretty happy with that

I lost 1kg in 4 days- and that's the truth. Each day I had 2 meal replacement drinks (one for breakfast and one for lunch), lots of water, nuts for morning and afternoon tea and then my usual dinner, with just a little thought about my portion size and a dog walk for some exercise. (the secret was it made me realise all the crap food I was eating without even realising)
I was honestly not expecting that! and nor was it sustainable! I have always been of the opinion that one kilo a week was within a healthy range if going it alone, without professional instruction, so for this to happen in 4 days I was feeling quite a mix of excitement, shock and suspicion of course

I completed the EIMELE trial over a four week period and was sent enough powdered drink meal replacements as part of the beautyheaven trial team and requested to go for the accelerated meal plan which involved consuming 2 x Eimele replacement shakes per day + 1 x small healthy meal throughout the day.

Overall I lost 3.1kgs over the four week period and I will take that 0.1 of a kg as that was probably all the double coated Tim tams I eliminated over the 4 week period!
I had hoped to about 4-5 kilos, so was a little disappointed, but then thought, if I hadn't been part of this trial I might have actually gained that 3.1kg- oh I love the power of positive thinking.

I have to admit, it really was not that hard changing my mindset to "I will give this a fair and just go" so I set about and made a plan.

I would hold off having my first meal replacement till as long as I could at the start of the day (I chose to have the meal replacement drink with 200ml of water with 3 ice cubes and used "the bullet" to zap that thing till the ice was dissolved and the whole drink was nicely chilled) I received both the chocolate and vanilla meal replacement shake mix and while I never took to the chocolate I did like the vanilla flavour, more of a caramel flavour in my opinion. I did find the consistency of the liquid a bit of a challenge. It remained sirup like and thick, so I just "downed it" rather quickly.

So this was all going fine until the reality of my life chimed back in. I am a high school teacher and so all this worked well while I was at home, teaching my classes online and supervising my own two with their work and didn't have to "prep and take to work" anything. So the reality of getting up to organise kids and get myself to work and plan when and how to have the shakes and snacks etc needed more organisation. I have to say I love the design of the shaker that comes with this product. The small wire coil you put into the shaker to keep the product from clumping was great. So I would have a shake in the morning before I left and then zap another one up, place in the shaker and take to work with me. (I feel this meal replacement really needs to be blended, not just shaken)

I found this tricky and time consuming when I returned to on-campus learning the second week into my trial, just trying to create a new routine in this "new normal". I also deeply missed eating with my colleagues, lunch was always a good catch-up chat time for teachers, but I was finished my drink in seconds, so this aspect of the trial really made me rethink my relationship with food at a deeper level, not just what am I putting in my mouth, but also the association of food preparation, timing, the relationships built and developed over a previous "humble sandwich" and I really did miss eating actual real food. A liquid lunch just does not cut it, especially as the weather was getting colder and so here is my great revelation from all this................

The Eimele plant-based, wellbeing meal replacement concept is the work of a group of professionals who obviously have the knowledge and understanding of the balance needed to create a safe, balanced nutritional and sound meal replacement option. However, this product is also the work of people's vision, their sweat and tears that have been poured into the trial and re-trial of this product to get it right in line with their vision and I am so respectful of the passion and drive put into this Australian made product. So my revelation is this; For me and where I was at in my life when commencing the trial, I was looking to control something when decisions were being made around me with the uncertainty of the health and safety of us all and the timing for this trial was perfect. I wanted to develop a better relationship with my eating habits and this opportunity presented itself.

My revelation was that this was never meant to be long term, this was meant to be a "take stock and assess" moment in my life. Over my four week trial of sticking to a strict mindset through the week and sliding off a little on weekends with a Rose and packet of chips here and there, I was able to feel good about the weight loss and not beat myself up about the indulgences I snuck in here and there. If I had been a stickler for the strict rules as I had in the first four days of the trail maybe I would have lost more, but I lost those 3.1kgs, I didn't gain them! And I was able to rethink my relationship with food and exercise and empty calories etc so I am appreciative for the opportunity to trial a product that has come from a good place to really try and help people on their journey for weight loss, weight maintenance or re-establish their relationship with food and exercise altogether.

So thanks to beautyheaven and to the hard-working team at Eimele, I have really appreciated the opportunity to give this a fair and just go as I had hoped with all the influencing and constantly changing factors that is "life".
