This product is Marine Collagen, AstaReal (not sure what this is) + Silica. It claims to improve wrinkles, skin hydration and elasticity, and promote healthy hair, skin and nails. It is a fine powder which is dairy free, gluten free and free of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. It is used by mixing a teaspoon full each day into hot or cold drinks. I used juice or cordial. I was initially very reluctant to try this as I hate using things that have to be taken orally because I normally can’t bear the taste. I was pleasantly surprised with this product though. It has very little smell, and whilst I can taste it the flavour is extremely mild and therefore quite inoffensive.
To be honest I’m not certain as to the effect it’s had on my skin as far as wrinkles go, although I have to say my skin does look quite good in its general condition. I don’t have many fine wrinkles but do have a small crepey area on the lower area of my face. I’d be interested to see how this would improve over a longer period of use. My hair is thick and strong naturally so I haven’t really noticed any difference. My normally strong nails have been in poor condition since I had to peel the remaining shellac off them several months ago (nail salons closed due to COVID.) I do believe I’ve seen an improvement in their strength and condition.
I definitely think this product is worth trying and would prove somewhat beneficial. Unfortunately I won’t be continuing my use of it. The reason for this is that I didn’t initially pay enough attention to the product ingredients so didn’t realise the collagen was marine collagen. I am vegetarian so am morally unable to use this product.

I was so happy to be picked for the trial of the Harmony My Beauty Marine Collagen for hair,skin and nail and for protection against the uv damage and ageing which at my age ticks all the boxes.
The container was a tub with 80 grams of powder in it and it was in a gold and white tub making it eye catching if you where it go and buy it at a chemist or supermarket.Its also good that it is Australian made and gluten and dairy free making that everyone can use it.

I found it was better to take it the same time every day, I first tried it in water seeing you only had to use one teaspoon and I found that I had a fishy after taste. So I then had it with my cereal or with my protein shake and I couldnt taste it after that. I found that it has lasted me nearly the 6 weeks and over that time my skin feels alot better and my wrinkles arent as noticable. My nails have never looked better and are strong and really long. My hair is also feeling and looking a lot better. Even looks shinny. So I will definately keep taking it every day to see what

I was very happy with the results of the Harmony My Beauty Marine Collagen powder. I'd never taken a collagen supplement before, but I had been reading a bit about them. This powder is pink in colour and you only need to use a teaspoon per serve (once a day). I took this religiously for just over a month - added a teaspoon to my smoothies mostly but also tried it in my coffee and in my water bottle. I noticed the powder did change the taste of my coffee and my powder just slightly. It was a very mild ocean taste - sounds weird but it was so mild, it wasn't that much of a bother. I did prefer to use this in my smoothies though, as I didn't notice any change in taste there. In the five or so weeks I used this, my skin was very even-toned and very healthy looking, I'd say almost a 'glow'. This is despite being stuck indoors due to winter and Covid19 lockdowns, disrupted sleep and comfort eating/drinking due to stress. So, while my skin should have looked terrible, it didn't, it actually looked really good for how I was treating myself and I credit that to Harmony My Beauty.

I have been using Harmony my beauty collagen formula for the last 4 weeks. I was really exited to trial this product and although not ideal, I had an injury to my eye that had a good chance of scaring so there there couldn't have been a better product to try at the time.

The suggested amount is 1 tsp mixed into a liquid per day. Using it at this amount lasted me a month.

I used the powder mixed into my morning coffee and found the taste changed ever so slightly but was totally pleasant. I think in the summer I would mix it into smoothies and juices the taste is so subtle I don't think it would be evident at all it that case.

I found the packaging appealing and was quite happy to have it out on the counter ready to use. The lid is gold with a blush pink surround and white container. The collagen powder itself is also a blush pink dry and a deeper pink once mixed with liquid.

The formula includes marine collagen to improve the structure of the skin.
Astareal a powerful antioxidant to improve appearance of fine lines and sun damage.
Silica to help stimulate collagen and elastin fibres and healthy hair and nails.
inulin a prebiotic fibre to promote a healthy gut for that glow from within.

I believe it takes 4-8 weeks to truly see the difference using a product like this but i noticed my skin was healing well I used a topical scar gel also on my injury my skin was soft and more hydrated resulting in fewer fine lines although I was being really naughty with my water intake during this time.

At a cost rrp of $45 a month a believe it is an investment in your skin but I will continue to use it as the benefits are so good without any downside apart from cost. Although the product is not marketed for this in my research I found the ingredients in this product can support your joints and ligaments also which is a huge plus for me and I believe for many others.

I will repurchase as I am just at the beginning of seeing and feeling the benefits, with it ease of use to incorporate in to your daily routine I think it is worth continuing.

Recently I was invited to trial the Harmony My Beauty Collagen powder supplement. As I am now 49 years young I understand how important it is to replace lost collagen from the skin. I also suffer from brittle nails so was really looking forward to seeing my results after a few weeks.

The powder comes in a tub which is good but I found the gold writing on the label a bit hard to read. The powder itself looked and smelt fine and the fact that you only had to use a teaspoon once a day appealed to me.

I found it easy to digest and usually had it in my smoothie or coffee.

After a few weeks I have to be honest and say I have not seen any major improvement to my skin or nails but I will keep taking it and will purchase another tub to give it a good chance.

One other thing is that it would be good to be able to get this in a bigger tub for home or sachets if you are going to travel.

All in all I really enjoyed the trial and look forward to trialling more products in the future.

Thank you for inviting me to trial and review the Harmony My Beauty oral powder. I began consuming this on 10 August, until today 20 September.

The product comes in nice simple packaging, which looks a little bit glam with the gold lid and gold text. The powder is fine, and is pale pink in colour. Upon opening, the initial smell is a mix of both berries AND fishiness, which is a little strange!

Initially I tried the powder in a cup of hot coffee. This was not good. There was a very slight taste of fishiness, which was not overly unpleasant. However the aroma was horrible, very strong smell of fishiness.

I tried a few more drink options, but none were really successful. My solution was to mix the powder into yogurt. I opted for natural yogurt, combined with fruit and/or granola. In this way, there was no aroma at all, and no taste at all. Perfect for me!

The dose on the pack says "1 teaspoon", but this can vary from day to day depending on how much you spoon out. I would recommend a little standard-measure plastic scoop be placed into the tub, to ensure a consistent dose each day.

In terms of effectiveness, I have seen no discernible change in my skin or hair or nails. During the period of the trial, I have been in isolation/lockdown due to Covid19. As I have been stuck at home, by default my hair has rested (via less use of the hairdryer), my skin has rested (via much less use of makeup) and my nails have rested (via much less use of nail polish). Even with all these factors, there has been no evident change.

I believe the My Beauty treatment is for the long-term, and effects will be seen with continued use.

Harmony My Beauty Marine Collagen powder comes exquisitely packaged in a large, white 80g cylindrical tub with a gold lid. When you open the tub you are greeted with a fine dusty pink coloured oral powder. Despite the product containing Marine Collagen, the smell isn’t offensive and has a mildly earthy scent.

The powder is dairy free, gluten and wheat free and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The instructions are to mix 4g (1 tea spoon) into a hot or cold beverage of your choice, so first thing every morning I would place a teaspoon of the powder into my tea. At first, I wasn't too crazy about the taste as it is a little too strong a flavour a bit overpowering when mixed in with my usual tea, but I grew accustomed to the earthy – though slightly fishy taste and it became a part of my regular breakfast routine.

After a few weeks of regular use, I noticed that my nails are looking stronger and healthier and there are no white or any other marks on them. My hair is also looking healthier and shinier and I have noticed new growth of terminal hair growing near my temple. My skin also looks healthier and more radiant.

I have incorporated this powder into my regular breakfast routing, so it is something that I will continue using.

I was excited to try this product as I am going through a very stressful time and I had noticed that It was showing as my skin and hair in particular looked dull and dry .

I already take health supplements to assist with some health issues so I was happy to introduce something new and I needed an additional boost.

My Beauty arrived in a very pretty 80 gram screw top tub with everything that you need to know printed on the label - although a little hard to read!

On opening the powder was a pretty pink and there was no smell. The product is very easy to use and its up to you how you want to add it to your daily routine.
I tried the powder in a variety of juices , coffee and flavored water - sadly I was unable to disguise the fishy flavor. I found the easiest way was to hold my nose when drinking and not think about the taste as I would gag.

I persisted with the trial to the end and I am glad I did. I have noticed a small difference to the radiance of my skin, it does not look as dull and sad - it just looks brighter.

I would like to see results the after 3 months on this product when the formula has had a decent time to work.

I won't be repurchasing due to the taste and the cost.

The MyBeauty powder is packaged in a large plastic tub (80g) with screw top lid. I found it super easy to measure out the recommended daily dose of one teaspoon, mixed with a hot or cold beverage or your choice.
The gold and lilac packaging looked pretty and feminine but I found the gold writing a bit hard to read. Perhaps a darker, larger print would be better.

The beauty supplement is a fine pale pink powder and it does have a fishy/ seafood smell due to the marine collagen in the powder. When mixed with a beverage it does disperse easily, there is no gritty or lumpy texture once mixed.

It took a bit of trial and error to find the right beverage to mix it with because I could definitely taste the powder. It wasn’t a fishy taste but I found it unpleasant to my palate. I tried it initially with tea, then Ribeena, coffee would hide the taste a bit and then finally with fruit juice.
I found mixed with mango nectar and other thicker pulpy juices was the best way to take the powder and I’m quite used it now and I don’t taste the powder any more.

After taking for powder for almost a month, I can see some improvements with my nails. I can grow them longer and they do feel stronger and less prone to breakage.
To be honest, I didn’t think I noticed a huge difference with my skin or hair, but my husband did! He said he thought my skin looked really lovely and radiant! What a nice unexpected compliment.

I think it’s something that you will need to take on a regular basis for ongoing results.
I’m more than happy to finish using up the powder after the trial has finished and may repurchase in the future especially if the taste was improved with a flavoring.
