Miranda's top 10 beauty tips

With Fashion Weeks kicking off around the globe, it seemed only fitting to get some insider beauty and fashion tips from none other than Australia’s very own supermodel, Miranda Kerr.
After all, if it got her to where she is today (think coveted David Jones and Victoria’s Secret campaigns, her own cosmetics line, oh and that little piece of arm candy we like to call Orlando Bloom), then we sure as hell aren’t going to pass up the opportunity to get a bit of advice from the fresh-faced beauty!
Miranda's top 10 beauty and fashion tips
Tip #1: A woman who smiles often and is confident and comfortable in her own skin always look beautiful and leaves a lasting impression.
Tip #2: Wear what you feel comfortable in and if you have to question it...well then it’s probably not for you.
Tip #3: If there’s a choice between wearing something that is too small or too big always go with a little bigger.
Tip #4: Use quality organic skincare on your skin as everything you put on your skin sinks in. Try: Kora Organics skincare
Tip #5: Drink warm water and lemon every morning and Tahitian Noni Juice daily.
Tip #6: Dry body brush everyday before taking a shower to keep your skin smooth all over, and to activate your lymph system.
Tip #7: Every woman should have Organic rosehip oil in her handbag. It’s a product that’s rejuvenating and packed full of natural goodness. Rosehip oil is also a natural way to remove eye makeup. Try: Kora Organics Luxurious Rosehip Oil
Tip #8: Use an organic spray mist when needed to keep skin hydrated and do not underestimate the importance of an organic eye gel/cream. Try: Kora Organics Balancing Rose Mist
Tip #9: Discover what supplements are right for your body and then take them as directed. Almost everyone needs a supplement to balance his or her busy lifestyle.
Tip #10: Don’t take yourself or life too seriously, frowning is one of the most damaging things we can do to our skin!
What’s your top beauty or fashion tip? If you could look like one supermodel who would it be?

I read in a magazine that when you wash your face in the water under the shower it can cause your skin to be blotchy.

I'm sorry I've never really bought Miranda's tips or the way she presents herself. She is a beautiful woman and she deserves her success but she will do interview after interview after interview giving beauty tips that are really cheesy. I believe someone when they say "I work out every day, it's a pain but it's what I do for a living, and I have access to expensive skincare so I can experiment with brands I would have otherwise never tried which has made it all a lot easier".
Because that is the truth.
Health does make your skin glow but I have just never caught her saying anything in depth or anything that shows personality in what she says. She doesn't share what really makes the difference for her but she'll lift a tip of the veil for publicity to seem relatable.
Sorry I just think there's already enough mythology, bullshit and pressure when it comes to women and beauty/health.

good tips =) ive been using the Kora organics balancing rose mist, and i Love it. why? because it hydrates my skin well and i have dry skin. i use it before i moisturise and it makes the application of moisturiser after wards smoother.

tip #2 is one I've always lived by; if I don't like it, I don't wear it! I've always thought of Cindy Crawford as the most beautiful woman in the world :)

I actually really want to try dry brushing. I just have to find myself a natural bristle body brush, as they are supposed to be the best.
