Perhaps it's just me (but I really hope it isn't or my new-ish laptop is failing me), however I have been having a terrible time with the BH website today! For some reason I have had the worst time writing replies to comments in the forum, every attempt to mark a message as 'Read' has failed, every attempt to 'Follow this Thread' on new forum threads has failed, and worst yet, marking SPAM is not working!!!
We all have those days, and perhaps it was because yesterday was the first day of spring, along with our nation's admission of one of our worst flu epidemics yet (duh, people).
I know BH has been absolutely slamming themselves with the mini-beautorium in addition to the completion and commencement of a whole slew of trials.
Is anyone else having website issues, either on their PC, laptop, Mac or phone?

I'm on iPad and couldn't get to the Forums. but seems okay now.

just jumping in here to confirm that we did experience some technical difficulties with the site yesterday. Sorry for this! Obviously the problem has since been rectified, but if ever this happens again and you're having trouble please just shoot us an email at info@beautyheaven.com.au. Alternatively, wait an hour or so and come back to it once it's up and running again!

Good its just not me. I'm still finding the website freezing and a bit slow. And getting a lot of errors messages
Uh ohhh, is something happening again? I was just adding a comment to the bath thread and when I clicked to submit, it just sat there so clicked again and still sat there. Wasn't game to click again in case it might have gone in 3 times but it was still sitting there.
Might come back later and see if it is better. Can't seem to do anything at the moment.
I sent and subsequently received an email from BH earlier today.
My theory is it may have something to do with the Microsoft 10 upgrades that quite a few people are going through at the moment. Internet Explorer is not working as efficiently, and the new Microsoft Edge (Microsoft 10's new Internet Explorer) has it's own issues.
We shall see!

Is anyone else having this issue? I've noticed it for the past few days, and I'm wondering if I've clicked or set something up, I'm on my iPad and everything seems to be in pages, instead of going across the screen to view. It's only my Forums that look different. Sorry for the many photos, this is one screen.

So, I can't see the Forum main topics across the screen, like I did before :(
EDIT: and ofcourse, it's back to normal across the screen now, as soon as I posted. But it keeps going back and forth. Anyway, I'm blabbering big time, so I'll just see what happens, sorry about multi rambling here.
2nd EDIT: now it's gone back to the bizarre look again, it's a very long page, which is odd.
Yes, mine's the same (on the laptop that is, the mobile version looks the way it's always done).
I just assumed it's a new look?
ETA - actually it does kind of do the same thing on the mobile version except minus the ads on the right hand side. It still goes on and on down the page for too long...

It is really long, I keep clicking and going into any thread, and then come out of it to go where I want to go. Oh well, I'll see what happens.
Yep mine's like that on my iPad but it did go back to normal earlier then went again.
Oh I think there's something odd going on.
And now my 'following' threads are gone. If I click to look at my 'following', I'm taken to page 2, and I can't get back to page 1.
I was having this issue last night. To get around it I had to click 'forum' at top right to start over and then could get back to page one again.
Thanks mayday, I'll try it. I still get the extra long pages and everything looks a bit all over the place :(
EDIT: I just tried it, by going to forum and then I can click and see all my following threads. But odd.
And this has been happening too. I mark my messages as read, and this pop up comes, I've just been clicking okay to close it.
I've also been having troubles clearing my messages all week (maybe one try in ten is successful?) I get the same AJAX message. Lots of gremlins about it seems! :(
