Kendall Jenner reveals how she stands wearing heels all night

It’s one of life’s cruellest jokes. High heels have the ability to make us look taller and our legs longer. They take any outfit from from casual to glam, but they come at a painful, not-so-ladylike price. If you’ve ever walked home, heels in hand, you’ll know exactly what we mean.
Somebody who knows a thing or two about trying to last all night in heels is the stunning Kendall Jenner, who’s rarely spotted without a pair of sky-highs on her feet.

Second youngest of the Kardashian clan, Kendall is making quite a name for herself in the fashion world. The runway is her second home, meaning she spends more time in heels than she does barefoot. So how does the 19-year-old cope with constant high heel wearing?
“I switch from one foot to another a lot”, she explains.
If you look closely at these photos, you can see Kendall regularly stands with one foot in front of the other. What’s become her signature pose is actually how she deals with foot pain - she lets her front foot have a break while her back foot holds the weight.
“You have to keep moving your feet”, she says.
G-e-n-i-u-s.
In her interview with The Daily Mail, Kendall also went on to reveal why wearing heels is even more uncomfortable for her: “I have the longest toes in the world; they're spider toes. So they're kind of being crunched right now...”
She also finds the better quality the shoe, the more comfortable they are to wear.
But of course, not all of us can afford Manolo Blahniks or Louboutins, but thankfully there are ways we can make the heels we already own a little easier to wear.
If you experience pain in the balls of your feet, try: Scholl Ball of Foot Cushions
If your heels are giving you trouble, try: Footcare Fashion Gel Heel Spots Strips
And if all else fails, pack these in your handbag to avoid that unfashionable walk of shamet: Hollywood Fashionista Flats
Kendall’s beauty tricks don’t just stop at her feet either. She also has some solid pieces of advice for glowing skin: “Wash your face, eat right and drink lots of water”, shiny hair: “I always let my hair air-dry after washing it.” and make-up: “I think a natural look is prettier. I like a good eye with lot’s of mascara.”
Are you a fan of Kendall Jenner? Do you have any tricks for dealing with high heel pain?

I do this too! Nothing feels better than getting home and taking your heels off the end of the night though.

I do this, so have no problem standing in heels. It's more walking in heels with sore feet that hurts!

I think one thing that Kendall Jenner has failed to realise is that she's 19... when she's older and her joints are little bit more weary, just swapping from one leg to another isn't going to be enough to relieve pain from over wearing heels.
The other thing is most of us chumps don't get chauffeur driven to our events and have to make our way there on foot, public transport of by car wearing inconvenient heels.

I hate heels now, I hardly wear them unless I have a function and even that is a chore!

Not a fan really, but she is gorgeous and has legs that go for days! I like to stash some flats in my hand bag just in case the heels get too much.

Key for me is to never wear it outdoors. As soon as the event is over I take them off and walk outdoors in flats/flip flops to the train station. Ditto going to the event, I stop by a bench or slip into the restroom and switch shoes before entering event. Reason being that pavement is hard surface while indoors its usually carpeted.

What!! I can't believe she has to stand on one foot to stop the pain! That's ridiculous . But I am now over heels . I only wear a tiny heel that's more of a wedge and only on special occasions! But they are the only ones I find comfy for a few hours wear.

She is very beautiful no matter what she wear's or how she look's. I don't wear high heels any more so I don't have this problem I prefer flat's.

I gave up on heels long ago because I would rather be comfortable than fashionable. I love my flats.

I find wedges and chunky heels the most comfortable and easy to walk in. Stilletos are goregeous but a pain to wear.

I love Kendall, my tip is to use feet cushion and if I know I will be trotting on high heels for a whole day I will generally wear flats a day or 2 beforehand!
