Is there a product you can use to soak retainers without damaging them but cleaning them? Any specific products you can suggest? TIA
Hi Twolips, are you talking about retainers that are given to you after your braces are taken off?
Well there two types of retainers, the plastic ones and the metal ones (visible when worn).
To be hygienic, I suggest you should brush them everytime you take them out. Also toothpaste can be use as well with warm water, just rinse them cold afterwards.
I'm not sure with any chemicals that would clean them that doesn't require brushing them.
Besides from what I'm told, I have to change my retainers every couple of years
Hope this helps xx
I wouldnt recomend toothpast because toothpaste is abrasive and can take the 'shin' off the acrylic retainer. Annvex is right with brushing every time you take them out though. You can soak them in vinegar or diluted bleach (just make sure you clean them well after) eg miltons you use it for baby sterilising. also when you are brushing them use a mild hand soap-as its not abrasive
I had the plastic retainer for a few months but I didnt find that I realy had to throroughly clean them... I have the metal one now and well i cant really clean it as its stuck to my teeth lol. U just brush over it as well while ur brushing ur teeth.
I received a sample of this serum and while it was only one ampoule, I noticed that my skin was so much smoother straight away!
Thank you to Beauty Heaven and Reef for the opportunity to review this sunscreen.
