Lush Perfume
Lush Perfume
What's everyone's thoughts on the perfumes at Lush? I like the idea of them but I find that all of them give me a headache apart from Vanillary. I have been using it for about a year but lately the smell of that has been bothering me, too. Could it possibly gone off already? I have it in a solid and EDP form.

I was excited to be chosen to review these tablets and pleased that Natures Way provided enough for me to trial for a couple of months so I could truly ascertain if they were going to be beneficial
Glowy and beautiful!
A great and affordable sunscreen which has a glowy colour in it.
Such a beautiful foundation
This foundation is the best of the best. I dragged my feet in getting to try it because sometimes products aren't always as great as people rave that they are. This product genuinely is.

I have a Lush solid perfume in Lust which I've had for a few years but it hasn't seem to have gone off so I'd be surprised if this was the problem. Maybe you've developed a sensitivity to the fragrance. Maybe you should stop using it for a while and see how you feel. BH have a new post on just this topic which you may want to look at.
I cannot even go into the Lush store, the strong smell makes me feel sick and give me a headache. We have one near Myer and I have to use a different door as I cannot even go past the Lush place. So trying anything of theirs is a no go for me.
I feel exactly the same about Lush as you do, shaper. Even walking passed - quickly!! is too much!
I love karma and Lust they are all my all time favourites for after a bath or before bed after my shower. I haven't really smelt the others.
I absolutely love lush perfumes! I love the newer range they've bought out, and the new packaging. And to answer your question, It should have a use by date on the sticker!
I love Lush perfumes and have many, including Vanillary. Perfumes don't go bad if they are quality scents and any company that tells you that well, they just want you to buy more. Haha!
I have a bottle of Vanillary from 2012 that's just fine. Maybe your taste may have changed or your body may have changed. Go perfume shopping & try some something new. Store Vanillary in a dark place that doesn't change in temperature & revisit it in a few months.
I'd love to try Vanillary, vanilla is my favourite scent.
I'm a big fan of vanilla too and have the solid version of vanillary. It is AMAZING! I highly recommend it, Hayley644 xx
I'd love to try the solid perfumes! How long does one container last? And how much do you put on?
I've been using a solid perfume stick of Lust regularly, and love it. The perfume lasts and lasts, unlike many of my spray perfumes
I love Lush products but even some of the moisturisers smell are a bit too much for me! There are some more delicate shower gels and moisturisers (like snow fairy) that arent perfumes but leave a nice smell for the whole day!
Generally speaking I love Lush products but I have found the perfumes to be uniformly awful. My skin reacted to them and they were so strong they gave me a headache. There are much nicer natural perfumes out there.
How lovely to "see you" Hooha.I hope this means you're back communicating? Hope all is well.
The range is all EDP, so they are very strong. Probably the use of so many essential oils and their naturally occurring compounds that are also known irritants/allergens contribute to adverse reactions. The one perfume that I like but is hellish on my sinuses is Imogen Rose. I also think a lot of the floral heavy fragrances are irritating, even though they smell nice. Gone are the days where I can be inside a Lush shop, my immune system decided to go overkill on my sinuses.
I didn't know they did perfume.
Neither did I.
I love Lush products but am yet to find a perfume that I'm crazy about. I enjoy how Lust by Lush smells on others but on me it smells like mothballs lol.
