Do you have a number one beauty product?

Biased with your beauty products? Same here.
Even though we love nothing more than playing around with new treats, we definitely favour some products over others.
With a bathroom full of beauty goodies, here are bh’s can’t-live-without favourites...
“Not to be vanilla, but if we're talking about prods we really can't live without, mine would have to be moisturiser. I can't stand the tight, dry feeling that comes with not applying it, plus a lot of moisturisers double up as glow-givers, which doesn't hurt!” - bh’s Katia
bh tip: Got dry skin? You’re not alone.
bh loves: L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Day Cream, NIVEA Express Hydration Body Lotion, JERGENS Daily Moisture Dry Skin Moisturiser
“My number one beauty product is Benefit's They're Real mascara. No other mascara comes close to giving me that false lash look - without actually wearing falsies.” - bh’s Yelena
bh tip: Make sure you stick to these expiry dates when it comes to your beauty prods.
bh loves: Benefit They're Real Mascara, Rimmel 100% Waterproof Mascara, M.A.C Extended Play Lash
“For me, it's serum. I just love its cool feel on my face and the hydration hit it gives my skin. It always makes my face look brighter and super dewy, even through my make-up.” - bh’s Astrid
bh tip: If you’re feeling under the weather, try these sneaky make-up tips.
bh loves: Aveda Enbrightenment Brightening Correcting Serum, Benefit b.right Instant Comeback Facial Serum, RACINNE Essentialift Supplement Serum, Yves Saint Laurent Forever Light Creator Serum
“Blush! I'm so pale that if I don't wear it, I look dead. I love my lipstick and mascara just as much, but some days I can go without them - blush, however, is a daily essential.” - bh’s Sam
bh tip: Any beauty fanatic will agree - one blush is never quite enough.
bh loves: Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Radiance Blush, Bobbi Brown Blush, Innoxa Blush Duo
“L'Oreal Brow Artist Genius Kit. My brows were beyond average before I discovered this product, and now my everyday make-up look just isn't complete without it. If you don't already use a brow product, ladies, get on it! It'll make your entire face pop!” - bh’s Beth
bh tip: If you’re a newbie, get to know the best brow salons in your city.
bh loves: L’Oréal Paris Brow Artist Genius Kit, Estée Lauder Automatic Brow Pencil Duo, The Body Shop Brow and Liner Kit
“Hairspray. I feel like I used to be a rockstar in my past life (I cut my hair like Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue back in high school - the nuns hated it), so I loooove big hair. A little bit of work with my teasing brush, followed by a 45-second spray of hairspray, and I feel ready to take on the world.” - bh’s Sophia
bh tip: Want to know other ways to use hairspray? Here are eight of them.
bh loves: Cedel Firm Hairspray, Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray, Cedel Scented Hairsprays, Redken Forceful 23, ELEVEN Australia Give Me Hold Flexible Hair Spray, Aveda Control Force™ Firm Hold Hair Spray
“Mascara! Because it makes my tired eyes look alive, and when I’m wearing no make-up, it draws attention to my eyes and away from my dull, make-up deprived complexion.” - bh’s Lizzie
bh tip: These cult buys will make your eyes POP. Trust us.
bh loves: Max Factor 2000 Calorie Mascara, Max Factor 24 from False Lash Effect, essence All Eyes On Me Mascara
“SPF moisturiser - rain, hail or shine, I won't leave the house without applying a lightweight yet hydrating 30+ or 50+ day cream to my face and neck. It keeps my skin feeling soft and nourished all day and protects me from sun damage!” - bh’s Debbie
bh tip: Six of the best sunscreens - they’re keepers, just like Ryan. And kudos for applying SPF!
bh loves: Natio Acne Clear Daily Protection SPF15 Oil Free Moisturiser, Sanctuary Spa Active Reverse Peptide Protect Day Cream SPF 15, Kiehl's Actively Correcting & Beautifying BB Cream

That brings back memories, using too much hairspray in the 80’s!

Foundation or a good BB or CC cream. I love my liquid liner and mascara, but if it was only one product I'd have to say I'm all about the base.

It would be so hard to choose one favourite beauty product. Moisturiser, mascara and lipstick are essential to me.

It's really hard to narrow it down to just one item, maybe one drawer full but one item I struggle with.

Hard to pick one item. I'd say a good day moisturiser with SPF is top of my list

I couldn't limit it to just one beauty product: tweezers to remove the coarse hairs on my chin which I detest, mascara for my pale eyelashes, rosehip oil or a natural serum/moisturiser, and of course shampoo and conditioner. My hair would look like a tangled mess without conditioner as it is so dry and knotty.

SPF moisturer for me. I don't want skin cancer or premature aging from sun damage.

Mascara for me. It takes the focus away from anything else and helps makes my eyes pop!
