Look and feel better in five minutes
A five-minute hand massage is great for your stress levels and will also help keep your nails in strong, glossy order. Start by squeezing the webbing between each of your fingers with the opposite thumb and forefinger, then interlock your fingers and gently push downward to stretch your tendons. Next, massage from the knuckle to the tip of each finger in a circular movement before circling each palm with the thumb of your other hand. Use a cuticle oil and concentrate on your nail area to give your talons a quick treatment too!
