Here's a hot tip you don't want to miss…

Sometimes, we think our devotion to beautyheaven means that we know all there is to know about sporting the very best in delicious digits. And odds are you’ve owned a fair few pretty polishes in your time – and performed some award-winning DIY manicures and pedicures, all the while thinking – “I’ve got this nail care stuff in the bag!” Right?
Well let me tell you – I was one of these people. I believed that a slick of pretty polished teamed with a reliable base coat and top coat would be my ticket to some pretty amazing nails. Well, I missed a fundamental ingredient in the mix beauties…
Cuticle oil. Yeah, it doesn’t sound all that important does it? But let me tell you – even though my nails always looked the part once painted, they never seemed to grow past a certain length – and they never felt very strong either. I realised action needed to be taken.
I got the hot tip from my friends at Bio Sculpture. Want me to share? You know I can’t keep a secret from you.
Hot tip: water dehydrates nails and cuticles. Keeping your cuticles hydrated is a very important part of ensuring healthy nail growth. By applying a cuticle care product like Bio Sculpture cuticle oil daily, they will act as a moisturiser for your nails and help to ensure that the new nail growth will be healthy.
Some other cuticle conditioners we can’t get out of our heads…

Vaseline on my cuticles works best, even better than my almond oil.

I just use normal hand cream for around my cuticles, maybe I'll have to invest in one of these and see if there is a difference.
