Sam Frost is the woman of the moment with a new role Home and Away and an ambassadorship for beauty brand Alpha Keri. She’s quickly becoming one of Australia’s sweethearts and it’s not hard to see why! We caught up with the gorgeous brunette to find out some fun facts like her go-to beauty look, her favourite workout tunes and more.

What beauty products are always in your handbag?

My handbag is pretty small, so in all honesty I don’t have too many products in there, one thing I do have though is lip balm. I’m never without my lip balm.

When you’re feeling like crap, what make-up product do you opt for to boost your mood?

I pop on a bit of bronzer - I love Curtis Collection’s Illuminating Bronzer - or concealer under my eyes. My go-to is the YSL Touche Éclat pen. 

Who's your celebrity beauty muse?

Definitely Jennifer Lawrence. She’s so effortlessly beautiful.

How do you like to de-stress? 

To de-stress, I like to go on a big long walk, do a painting or chat to my sister.

What's your go-to beauty look for a first date?

Nice and simple! Very natural make-up, a nude lip colour and a bit of eyeliner.

Too much make-up! Less is more in my books.

Which Sex and the City character are you most like?

I’d say Carrie. She’s more relatable; she makes mistakes and is just like everyone else.

What your pre-bed skin care routine?

I make sure to give my face a good cleanse and exfoliation to get any make-up off, then I put on a good moisturiser to hydrate my skin while I sleep.
