8 signs you've let yourself go

Maintaining a regular beauty regimen is pretty tough. Guys just don’t get how much time and effort goes into looking like *this*:

So it’s perfectly acceptable that sometimes we get a bit lazy. We let things slide once or twice. Like, “Eh, I just didn’t feel like styling my hair today.” Or “Ha! It’s winter; I don’t need to shave these bad boys on the regular. That’s an extra layer of warmth right there.”
But occasionally, we get so used to not doing certain things that we end up taking it a tad too far. Here are eight red flags that may indicate we’re letting ourselves go a bit:
You can feel your leg hair blowing in the breeze.
You don’t even remember the last time you did this:

You find flakes of skin on the inside of your jeans.
Um, eww.

You don’t even remember how to use your hair curler.

Your gym called to find out if you’re alive.
Excuse me while I crawl into a box and die a little bit.

You’ve suddenly realised you have unintentional dreadlocks.
And this is how people who haven’t seen you in a while react:

Your friends ask you if chipped nail polish has become a “thing”.
Your reaction?

You’ve noticed that there’s a weird, funky smell following you around.
Ah yes, deodorant. That thing.

You’re not quite sure where your brows end and your lashes begin.
And then you realise you and your tweezer need to make a date. A long one.

This was funny but also kind of sad in a way for me. wanting to get ready, doing my hair and make-up is the first thing that goes for me when I'm having a hard time mentally.

Haha the not shaving is definitely me for a tad too long most occasions. I dont do nails at all really or the gym but I walk a lot! I feel I've let myself go a bit when my hair has been in a quick messy bun for the better part of a month. I get lazy with the hair a lot!

Haha instead of unintentional dreadlocks I once had an unintentional birds nest, but to be fair I was sick in bed for days and just CBB brushing my already difficult to brush hair :p

Not shaving legs and armpits I think is a pretty good sign you have let yourself go. Maybe not using deodorant and not washing your hair for long periods too.

I'm sad to say the non-shaving is fairly standard winter behaviour for me! I do come good in Spring though!
