From her days on Ramsay Street to her most recent album announcement, she has always been one of Australia’s most enviable beauties.

But talking to Sunrise, Delta reveals that despite the highs of hit singles and record-breaking milestones, when watching these highlights back, nothing can distract from the inner pain of a bad brow moment. She admits, “I look back and think, why were my eyebrows so skinny?".

Her makeup artist, Noni Smith, (who has worked with Delta since she was 15) takes no responsibility for the Born To Try singer’s decision to follow the thin brow trend, shaking her head in laughter during the interview.
Fast forward to 2020 and we can breathe a sigh of relief, as her brows have successfully grown back with a full and fluffy vengeance.

I didn't start doing anything with my brows until my early 20's, so I think I managed to avoid the skinny brow trend! Unfortunately my poor Mum had hers hacked to death by her friends when she was younger & they never grew back.

I have thick eyebrows and was self conscious about them during the skinny eyebrow phase, but thankfully it's over and now I feel more confident with my natural brows

Threading or tweezers and a small pair of scissors to combat the unruly long brow hairs are my weapons nowadays.

Lucky my beautician always just shapes my eyebrow and never thought the skinny eyebrow was a trend

I never got on the skinny brows trend but no need to regret! We all have some things we cringe about later on.

Mine are very fine to start with, occasionally I will get a stray hair but don't need to pluck much.

I overplucked years ago; fortunately, mine grew back and now I very rarely pluck them at all! I prefer them thick :)

We've all had make up regrets. Thinking back pink & purple eyeshadow on a very regular basis sticks in my mind.

It was a 'thing' at the time! We all plucked our eyebrows too thin. Mine actually never fully recovered :-(

I only plucked my eyebrows a little bit so they still have shape. hope they stay like this for some years.

Thankfully my eyebrows grew back after overplucking. I still get microblading though because my eyebrows are not naturally as full as I want them to be.
