    The International Make-Up Artist Trade Show only happens once a year, and is the perfect opportunity for make-up artists in-the-making, professionals, and beauty enthusiasts alike to meet the industry experts, learn about the newest products on the market, the latest trends, and pick up some tricks of the trade. It’s also the best time to stock up your make-up kit as many of the beauty brands showcased at IMATS offer special discounts throughout the weekend.

    What’s even more exciting is that this year’s keynote speaker is none other than Napoleon Perdis himself! The cosmetics king will be at IMATS sharing his insider tips, as well as the latest trends and backstage make-up techniques straight from the international runways – something you definitely won’t want to miss!

    Other speakers at the event include fashion make-up veteran and four-time winner of Australia’s Makeup Artist of the Year award, Rae Morris, and Oscar-winning artist, Tami Lane.

    oh wow it would be my dream to go to the IMATS!!!!!! its also quite close to where i live too so thats great! I think i'll go get myself and my best friend a ticket as a special treat :) it seems worth the money you pay for

    Has anyone actually been to the IMATS and can tell me what it was like. I'm a hairdresser, but have a few make up artist friends who are going. Would this interest me as i'm more into hair then make up?

    I went to IMATS a couple of weekends ago and although I couldn't stay long I loved it! It was also terrible weather outside so it was perfect for staying indoors and playing with makeup... ♥!

    I honestly think that I'd ask all these questions above and more, don't think I'd be able to limit myself to just one question!! The one thing going through my mind would probably be "can you come to my house every morning and make me look glamorous??" yeah..that's probably it :) I would love to go to IMATS, actually thought I would this year, but... doesn't look like it's happening :(
