Use wet shadow to make your peepers pop

To line your eye with intensified colour, try wetting a bright powder shadow. Simply brush your eyeshadow onto the back of your hand, add a touch of water and draw the wet colour along your upper lashline with an eyeliner brush.
Warning: Never add water directly to your product, it will contaminate it forever!

Tip: buy loose mineral eye pigments in colours you love. They will last so much longer that any liquid liner/pencil and they never go 'bad' and can not dry out! Ever!

I do this for a long time (with my bright mineral pigments) as I never use black/brown liners. You get more variety, impossible to find great eye liners in amazing shades! Luckily EOH released gold and silver ones which I love
