Natural Mineral Cover Foundation Reviews

I thought i'd give this a go given its a mineral foundation and i'm keen to compare to liquid.

I did build up over a period of time to get the coverage i desired. My skin isn't too blotchy but i found i needed to build up a few layers. I noticed during the day it started to cake around the creases of my eyes, sides of my mouth etc. Can't say i was overly impressed and i would go back to using liquid foundation, maybe use the powder lightly to help set

My sister (who has oily type skin) uses this foundation all the time and i was keen to give it go - however through my experience, i have found that the foundation can become quite cakey if you aren't careful about using small amounts of product at a time. The foundation itself needs to be buffed in quite a lot but the product is quite smooth and gives sheer coverage when used correctly.

I purchased this on sale from Chemist Warehouse as I wanted to make the change to natural beauty products, without spending a fortune until I found my HG product. I have the "Fair" shade.

The foundation is light but buildable and provides a natural finish, but can look powdery if applied too heavily (I spray with toner if this happens, and it looks fine afterwards). I apply it using the mineral cover brush from NBN. I mainly use this on its own but it can also be used over foundation as a setting powder.

I am not really faithful to brands as I like to try different products, however I would repurchase this product (although I would like to see an "Extra Light" version as the Fair is still a bit dark for me).

I quite like a powder to follow my foundation, to take the sticky feel off of it. This one also can be used alone as a mineral makeup, of course, not the coverage of a medium foundation. I actually found it good on my arms to cover the age spots that are coming my way. Doesn’t cover them, but gives a soft focus finish. I like it and would use this every day. It is also better for your skin that other more chemical laden offerings.

I love this powder it is very light and really helps to remove oil ness around my t zone. I recommend using this powder with a proper makeup brush and lightly dusting the brush into the powered and lightly dusting the areas you get most oily. For those of you who love wearing lots of powder I probably wouldn’t recommend using so much, as a little goes a long way... this product works best lightly applied and more added (same for the other Nude by Nature products). I love that it’s from a cruelty free brand too.

I have been using the Medium shade for a cuple of weeks now. I used it just before going to work or for lunches with friends.

I loved how soft the powder is on the skin. It lets your skin breathe throughout the day. The powder goes on my skin very easily with the foundation brush.

I feel that the Medium shade is bit light for my skincolour. I would normally come home looking like my face is way too white! Also, it doesn't always cover the imperfections.

I love this foundation powder. I've been using it for several weeks now. As a middle aged woman who has never worn makeup, and has always been strict with a completely natural skincare routine, I am finding the Nude By Nature products a true delight.

Have recommended this and other Nude By Nature products to friends and family.

Super quick and easy to apply, lasts pretty much all day, easy to wipe off at night.

How excited I was to see the nude by nature at the recent Natural Beauty event just recently, thank you soooo much Beautyheaven. I have seen this product advertised on TV over the years and it is one product that I always wanted to try and am thrilled to say that I have been given the opportunity to now trial it. I am not disappointed at all by this product, now that I think I have mastered the technique I’m right. Don’t do what I did and take the plastic lid off the mineral powder and dip your brush in, and then get powder everywhere, it’s a no, no. Turn the plastic cover so the little holes will allow the powder through, turn over and tap the bottom of the container so that the powder goes into the lid, always read instructions first. Once there is powder in the lid, swirl the brush and then tap the handle of the brush so that the powder falls down into the brush and then apply to your face. We were given the brush at the Natural Beauty event how lovely and easy is it to use.
I was impressed how light and easy the mineral powder covered and felt on my skin. I’ve just used a light coverage, but will experiment by building up, but I’m more a natural type of girl. I usually use a liquid foundation but am really impressed with the nude by nature. The medium skin tone was a good match. It’s an all natural product , using some Australian ingredients, it’s Australian owned and made which is great for jobs and the economy there are however some imported ingredients. Packaged nicely in the cream and tan box it looks pretty classy with no harmful ingredients I can feel confident that using this product is safe and passed the Australian quality control laws. Thank you nude by nature for this lovely product including the fantastic brush and the terrific girl we had demonstrating on the day.

I recently received the nude by nature Natural Mineral Cover Foundation at the Natural Beauty Month event. I had never used this product before and was colour matched with the shade Light/Medium.

This product is a loose powder foundation and I really like that the packaging has a sifter as well as a way to close the powder so the product does not get everywhere. I also received a brush, which is fantastic and have used it with other powders and bronzers. I found that this product was very light on my skin and did not really add any coverage, not even a light coverage. I tried to add another layer to cover the minimal redress on my cheeks and I was not able to build any coverage. The only thing I noticed is that it actually made my pores look more pronounced and my skin look dry.

I love the quality ingredients in nude by nature but prefer my liquid foundation. I will perhaps use as a setting powder in the warmer months.
