These are fantastic ways to get creative & make room + have your essential's out of the way. Although this would be great for other's I on the other hand don't have that amount of beauty essential's so I don't have this problem but great for other's. When you put your mind to it you can basically use anything & it would work a treat for you.

I love the ideas in this article for storing various beauty items. I love the rotating spice rack for make-up and the jars/old candle jars for storing brushes. I think the jars would also be great for storing pencils too. Labels for eye and lip pencils as well as brow. Finding the space in the bathroom for this may be challenging though. I am going to give it a go anyway.

Love these tips! Need to revisit. Just sorting some stuff, and need to put away polishes (can not stand their smell), so nuber 12 " Store nail polishes in a glass cookie jar" is perfect!

Since I made my first comment on this article, I've bought a few more over the door shoe storage hangers. The system still works well as I can find what I want easily.

these are all gorgeous, but not terribly practical for a makeup hoarder like me. I store all my makeup in a big storage cabinet so most of it is not on display. Every week or two I will rotate out the products I am using and just have a small collection on my vanity. That way I don't get bored of the products I use and my vanity/tallboy doesn't collapse under a tonne of makeup. One organisational thing I do love is the $4 artist brush holder I bought to keep all my makeup brushes tidy

I store my hair ties on the doorknob in my bathroom, easy to pull off and very accessible.

And if I am going to stick all my makeup on the wall I will need to buy another house.
I am interested in ideas how to store skincare products of different sizes and shapes. My bedside table is getting a bit messy

I quite like the wine rack idea. Some of them are really not practical, e.g. the products need to be of a certain size, who buys all their lipgloss or eyeshadows from the same brand? They are more for show.

I find that Australia Post Cardboard boxes measuring 31cm x 23.5cm are sturdy boxes for storing nail polish. I have my nail polish stored in 2 of them and they are so strong that they can be stacked on top of one another too. One of the boxes contains just my Ulta3 and MUD nail polish while the other contains a mixture of nail polish from Models Prefer, Rimmel, etc.

As my bedroom is small, the top of a "tall boy" acts as my vanity table. To make the most of the space, I store my makeup and skin care products in a 4 -Hole Display Unit. This way, I can store my products in the holes and on 2 levels with the top of the unit being a 3rd level for storage too. It all looks rather neat and compact and there is still a bit of space left beside the Display Unit to store my jewellery boxes and my Hubby's fragrances too. I'm proud that I'm making the best use of such a small space for my skin care and makeup. It looks very organised too !!!

While they look attractive in the images, I'm not sure how practical some of the ideas are, and I don't have that much stuff - thank goodness
