5 things you’re doing wrong when it comes to acne

1: Don’t douse it in toothpaste
.
2: Don’t forget to wash your pillowcase
3: Don’t disregard your diet
4: Don’t suffocate it with cover-up
5: And please, we beg of you, don’t pop it

What's the best acne tip you have ever received? Have you tried tea tree oil on blemishes before?

aha... this acne...gives serious problems But in the past few years i learned something about them
Touching your face may not cause acne, it can definitely make it worse.
Eating junk food, carbs and not eating on time can have adverse effects on the skin in the form of pimples and breakouts.
When we are under pressure it results in increased oil production and clogged pores so try avoiding stress.
Dirty pillowcases and bed sheets can very well be the cause of acne breakouts.

This article has helped me a lot and mentioned a lot of precautions, but my acne is a little serious, so I was recommended that using some medical methods to treat acne in addition to regular diet and the above details. And I sawin this blog , which said that laser is very useful for acne, so I tried laser acne. I just tried it once, and it worked well, so I shared it you guys who need it!

There should be a law against adult zits. Stupid freakin hormones break out horrid acne like clockwork here. So hard to be taken seriously when you’ve got several big red zits or blind pimples. Not to mention I often scratch them in my sleep, so nice scabs are also a cyclical scourge.

I agree with you, what's more, the acne scar is a headache of the acne improvement. I tried some ways to improve my acne scar before. Some skincare products, massage method(I learned from the internet), but it seems I am already an adult, so my scars can be improved slowly, I am so upset about that. So I tried to figure out any other beauty way to improve my acne scar, it said that some beauty technology, like the rf, microcurrent, and the led lights can improve it( I learned from this article: https://www.mychway.com/blogs/what-facial-treatment-is-best-for-acne-scars.html) I loved rf so much! I got a new device, it can heat my skin, and I feel that my skincare products can get results more effectively!! I also look forword to the effect to remove my ance scar.

Yes, popping pimples is a no-no. It will leave scars and even worst; spreads even more.

You can also do the following things.
1) Use an ice cube it will help a lot. 2)apply a paste made of crushed aspirin. 3) Don’t pick your face. 5) Don’t overdry the affected area. 6) Don't wear makeup with pore-clogging ingredients.

Interesting and certainly common sense information here. Sadly, when I was much younger we were told to smother a pimple in toothpaste. I don't think that actually worked. Also, I am guilty of popping but I did apply antiseptic or methylated spirits to dry it out. These days there are so many good products out there to treat this 'teenage' problem.

Hard as it is, not covering it up is best as it lets the skin breathe

Clean pillowcases really are a big thing when you are dealing with skin issues and also scalp issues.

A silicone free skincare routine that includes retinol is what’s getting my skin on track (I’m using drunk elephant) but consistency and persistence with getting through the rough retinol stage is key. But I agree, pillow cases, sponges, or anything that comes in contact with your face should be super clean!

The ones on my face have died down a little over the last few years (I still have them though) but the ones on my chest (which started when my face calmed down a bit) last so long and can be so much more painful than face acne.
