I have always used make up remover wipes but was on the hunt for a better option with less waste.
I currently use a few other Neutrogena products so this seemed like it would be a good start to my regime.
The packaging is very nice, the green colour of the bottle feels very fresh & clean. I love the pump as well. I use 2 pumps (3 if I feel I need it) and rub it between my palms then all over my full face of make up (including my long lasting lipstick)
I then wash it off in the shower, before following up with a Neutrogena face scrub.
The product itself is surprisingly quite a runny oil, but it's nice & easy to rub in. It is actually rather relaxing after a long day. Take your time and enjoy the facial massage.
It does remove all my make up & leaves my skin very soft and clean.
I really like this product and would definitely recommend.
Don't rush, take the time to really massage it into your skin.
Anyone wanting to stop using make up remover wipes.

I have been using this oil cleanser over the past 2 weeks. I use this in a 2 step cleansing method as i wear alot of waterproof sunscreen throughout the day. At first i really wasn't sure if i was going to like it as have yried other oil cleansers and they just dont agree with my skin. This has been different. I use 2 pumps and rub it on my face for about 60 seconds before addiding water to emulisfy and wash of before going in with my second cleanser. This does a great job at removing the bulk of my sunscreen. What i am concerned with is how syrong the frangrance is. It is really strong. Otherwise great product.
Use 2 pumps and rub on face for 60 seconds

Budget cleansing oil that work.
This cleansing oil removes everything off with ease. Apply on face, massage all over, remove with water or cloth. Use second cleanser if using to remove makeup juast ot make sure all traces are gone (especially at the hairline). Gentle on my skin. And removes successfully my Zn based heavy sunscreen (that other cleansers have trouble removing. )
I only don't like that it contains mineral oil.

oil makeup remover
i have such mixed feeling about oil makeup removers, i find them very messy compared to other makeup removing methods.
the neutrogena deep clean cleansing oil comes in a blue bottle with a pump, i use 1-2 pumps and apply differently to my full face of makeup and massage in circular motions, it does remove my makeup pretty well but it leaves my skin feeling very greasy and i need to cleanse straight away.
while this is a great way to remove makeup, unfortunately it’s not for me.
