If your skin needs to be purified:
The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask contains bamboo charcoal to help draw out impurities and excess oils, as well as antioxidant-rich green tea leaves from Japan to detox and purify the skin, and Community Trade tea tree oil from Kenya to instantly cool and soothe.
If your skin needs to be nourished:
Try The Body Shop Ethiopian Honey Deep Nourishing Mask. This mask is packed with hydrating and antibacterial Ethiopian honey as well as marula and organic olive oils, which are known to boost skin’s elasticity and prevent dryness, to give you supremely nourished skin.
If your skin needs to be brightened:
The Body Shop Chinese Ginseng & Rice Clarifying Polishing Mask is a vegetarian mask that’s rich in ginseng to fight dull skin, as well as rice extract to moisturise and brighten skin.
If your skin needs to be energised:
Your skin will love The Body Shop Amazonian Acai Energising Radiance Mask. It contains acai berry extract which is rich in vitamin C and helps to fight the appearance of fatigue and stress. It also features guarana seed extract from Brazil, which is rich in caffeine to recharge and energise skin, making it the ultimate pick-me-up for a stressed-out complexion.
If your skin needs to be hydrated:
Treat your skin to The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask. It uses Chilean rosehip oil to quench thirsty skin, while rose petals and rose essences help to plump and replenish the skin’s water reserves, leaving you with a glowing, dewy complexion.

I love The Body Shop for skin care, but I’m not really a fan of their make up. I’m currently using their Vitamin E range, including the sheet masks. I haven’t tried any of the masks in the article, but I’ll certainly have a closer look at them next time I go to the store.

Does anyone know a good and non cost face mask as at the moment my daughter has been blending oats and water together. I think that it seems to be working but i am curious if anyone knows of any other ones.

Face masks are good and there is wealth of them out there...be warned though that if you have normal to combination some of the stronger clay/volcanic/charcoal masks will strip the skin of ALL its oils and make you break out (kinda like a reaction to all the stripped oil) into smaller, little white pimples ..
But working out which masks work is individual... masks are an exercise in working out what kind of skin you have really! :)

I haven't tried any of these but I'm just about to put on a Vitamin C mask for a bit of pampering.

The Body Shop is amazing isn't it! One face mask I have also been very impressed with is the Sephora sleeping mask. It comes in a pot and you get so many uses out of it! So nourishing. Great article too!

I did try the Ethiopian honey deep nourishing mask . To be honest I didn't really like it much . I have dry skin and was looking for wonders after using it a couple of times . It sort of left it dry instead of nourishing it . Although I love yeh body shop products but I Wouldnt buy this again.

I love the interactive video, I just watched all of them and now I want to try all those masks! Haha
I didnt know these were vegan and vegetarian products which is a huge bonus!
I already use the body shop drops of youth range almost daily as my skin care routine but i'd love to give these a go! I feel like the Body Shop really tries to go above and beyond especially with its skin care products; I have never been dissapointed and I'm sure these would be amazing too!

Are these masks ok for sensitive skin? Also the interactive video was pretty cool. First time I've seen one of those.

I love hydrating mask which adds moisture to my dry skin. I have heard great reviews of Annie's way jelly masks want to try one of those either honey or the Hyaluronic one. Occasionally, I do like purifying mask.

Face masks and time for relaxing - heaven!
I haven't tried any of the above mentioned, my skin would need 'all the above'. Would be great if they came in sample sized pots to try before purchasing the full sized and full priced products.

I was sent a sample of the Himalayan Charcoal mask, it was actually amazing! I thought they were all going to be a bit gimicky but my skin felt amazing. The tub is worth I think $40 but the directions for use say to only use a thin layer so the product would last a long time. This one also had an exfoliating factor to it, you leave it set on you skin for 10-15mins but then to wash it off you add water and remove in circular motions which moves the particles around.
