Feeling a little blue?

Have you ever woken up in the morning and just felt a little sad? It doesn’t have to be about anything much, maybe something to do with work, a friend, or maybe you just get a little lip quiver when you think of the hungry children around the world?
No matter what the culprit is that has left you feeling less than happy-as-Larry, odds are the team at beautyheaven have picked out, sniffed, sampled and reviewed some utterly fabulous beauty mood lifters that will cheer you up.
Firstly, there’s a good tea, Aveda 100% Certified Organic Comforting Tea is almost as effective a cure as laughter. It’s caffeine-free and completely calming. Invigorating peppermint and licorice root make it the perfect morning wake-up-call.
Get chilled out pronto just by popping a Montagne Jeunesse Aromatherapy Masque over your tired, droopy skin. You’ll feel instantly awakened and more likely than not, your skin will start to reflect that.
Add character to your look with something fun and creative – a sweep of Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in Banana will get you the attention you deserve. You’ll be brushing away compliments on how daring and divine you are all day long.
What beauty tricks turn you from sour puss to tantalizing tiger?

I'd put on a bit of bright red or pink lippie to pep me up on one of those days. I do make an extra effort to look my best on those kinda days!

Yes a relaxing tea - usually camomile works for me, or a nice bubble bath, or just a relaxing me time on my own...helps me revitalise!!

All of the above! Tea, pampering and attention all work wonders but if it's something really serious that's made me sad I start praying!
