The Age Perfect range by L'Oreal is one I continually go back to, so when I got to trial this product I was so excited!

This SPF Day Cream was no different to the other incredible products in the Age Perfect ranges!

It immediately left my skin feeling hydrated, soft and supple! After about 4 uses, I could already see a difference in my skins overall texture, leaving my typically dehydrated skin looking younger than ever!!

The packaging was nice and sleek, which meant it was a product I was happy to leave on display in the bathroom rather than hiding it away like some of my other less attractive looking products!

The scent was very strong, however, for me I quite like this (for people who are less tolerable to scent they may have had a problem with this).
Overall, this was a winning product and I am definitely going to be re-purchasing. (My favourite in the Age Perfect Range!)

At the moment going through a rough patch in my private life and it always seems to show on my face, suppose being 53 doesn't help either. The fine lines I started with are becoming deeper lines, though since starting using Age Perfect Cell Renewal Revitalising Day Cream SPF 15 the difference i amazing, the lines near my outer eye are so much finer but the best result is my neck line, those chicken goosebumps are smoothing out, and in all honesty had I read a review that said it would help smooth them out I don't think I would've believed it. I recommend it 101% but give it time it won't work instantly but with 2-3 weeks you will see a difference. Having added SPF 15 is great one less step in the morning. The cream is thick so no chance of dropping any and a little goes a long way, smells nice without being overpowering.

The day cream is lovely and creamy and absorbs really well on my face. Its so so creamy and has a very pleasant fragrance which I can't put my finger on on but it reminds me of something old fashioned (silly I know)
I would definitely purchase this product and use all the time. I think that even someone with oily skin could use this cream.
My only "gripe" is that both the day and night creams are in the same package and jars and very hard to distinguish between the two, although the night cream is a slightly yellowish colour.
My skin definitely feels smoother and the texture has improved in just a few weeks, leaving me very happy!

I was so happy to be picked to trial The Loreal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal trial as this was something perfect for my age and skin.

When I received the product I was impressed at the gold and black on the jar and the size of the jar also.It looked like a very expensive jar of day cream.

I started to use it every day and I was surprised how you only had to use a small amount and it goes along way. It wasnt until after a week I started to see difference in my skin as my skin is dry at the best of times. My skin started to feel softer and the fine lines were gradually starting to fade.

Im hoping the longer I use it my skin will get better looking over the time as years of not looking after my skin and alot of skin damage has made my face look aged,

I also loved the smell of the cream

Targeted for those aged 50 - 70, I was wondering if the cream would be too rich for my combination skin, but found it definitely wasn't.

I feel the Day Cream with SPF15 is the best product in the range. It comes boxed with plenty of information about ingredients & how they work.together.

The cream is housed in a very elegant, heavy, navy blue jar with a gold lid. Both the day and night cream look very similar.

The moisturiser is quite strongly scented, which is the reason I deducted a star. I would suggest trying a tester, especially if you're averse to fragrance in your skincare.

But that is the only negative I have with this cream. It looks thick in the jar, but is surprisingly lightweight - a little really goes the distance, I expect my jar will last 2 months or so - making this a great value product.

I love that SPF15 is included, it means I can skip a step in my morning routine.

The cream feels absolutely delightful on my skin, leaving it healthy, hydrated and soft. Such a divine texture!

I very much recommend this to anyone 50+ who wants a high quality moisturiser for a very reasonable price.

I was lucky enough to be part of the L’Oreal Age Perfect trial team where I got to try this Day cream along with the night cream. Before getting started on the day cream, I will say that the day and night jars in this range do look very similar, so you need to be check that you are using the right one for the one time of day.

The day cream comes in a black and gold jar, which gave me sense of luxury when using. Inside the jar, there was also another white lid which will keep the cream fresh and protect it which I really like. The first thing I noticed about this product was the scent. It is very perfumed! I did find, that after applying, the scent wasn’t overpowering and didn’t bother me at all. It is quite a thick cream and I found that after applying, my skin felt soft and smooth without being too oily. I also loved that this had a bit of spf in it as I am terrible at remembering that step.

After using this cream in conjunction with the night cream, I noticed an improvement in my skin’s texture and found it was more hydrated. I will definitely continue to use this product and will go out and buy it after I run out!

'L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Regenerating Day Cream 15+

Please note to read the jar to know that you’re using the day cream as night cream looks the same just states what cream it is.

Packaged in luxurious boxing and mysterious black jar which the lid rim covered in gold. This attracted me as it makes it look very luxurious and of high quality. Most of us know that dark packaging keep products in good condition. The jar is very thick glass and heavy which is fantastic as it indicates to me no expense spared by L’Oreal in making and packaging this range.

I could smell the products as all three arrived in one envelope. They were packaged in very attractive gold and black boxes which were covered in plastic. Upon opening the plastic off the box the waft of a ‘salon’ smell was very attractive to me.

Opening the jar, I was pleased to find it has a lid inside the lid to keep the cream fresh. Once opening the the lid, I immediately realised this was a cream that looked very lush which a lot of money would have been poured into to formulate. A thick cream, and quite silky on application, that I use from the décolletage up in circular motions as I always do. Application is nice and gliding and quite different from the night cream. This is a lighter cream and no need to use primer if you will use foundation as the foundation glides on over the skin and locks in to a beautiful finish. A daily regime and the smell is very light and lovely. A little goes a long way. 15+ SPF great, no need to double up. This is a value for money, excellent quality product.

Please note that I was an adult acne sufferer and following the use of these products this has stopped! I am not sure why as I have not addressed the adult acne with any other products.

I am 51 and recently my senses have changed and I cannot tolerate the scents I once did. This scent was slight and had I not been in the midst of menopause I probably would not have smelt. I always am sure to use the residue of products on the back of my hands, if it’s good enough for my face, it’s more than good enough for the back of my hands. The results are quite obvious on face and hands!

Following a few weeks of use, of all 3 products and only a cleanser to wash my make up off, I am totally amazed to say that my skin, is no longer dry, red and irritated. It is supple, it is acne free (I have been battling adult acne for the last 12 months) and what astounded me most of all, was with each and every use, my skin texture improved and toward to end of the trial I started to notice that I woke up to not one crease on my face. Acne gone also. Not sure why as I have not used anything else to treat acne. I am a stomach sleeper and not only did I wake up with crease marks on my face, I looked like a stamp for a few hours! I am happy to report that using the whole range, night/day creams and serum, I now wake up with plump and polished skin. No acne scars, not acne, no dents in my face from sleeping.

This last week I have had comments by a few people “you look so much younger ... WOW!” WOW alright as all those comments are a compliment to the skincare.

I am certainly going to be buying more of this product, unless of course ‘L’Oréal creates something even more fabulous.

Having mature skin and always being on the lookout for effective age appropriate skincare I was delighted to be invited to take part in the beautyheaven Trial Team for the L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Revitalising Day Cream SPF 15.

This day cream is specifically formulated for women in their 50's, 60's and 70's.

It is enriched with the rare Black Truffle extract which is renowned for longevity and helps to stimulate skin cell renewal.

It is also enriched with fermented Black Tea which is known to be rich in vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids. The formula protects skin cells for longer, thereby improving skin quality.

This day cream comes packaged in a luxe looking square black jar with a gold band around the lid.

The product itself is a cream colour and thick in consistency. It has a pleasant fragrance which dissipates once applied.

I found this Revitalising Day Cream to be easy to apply and it absorbed into my skin remarkably fast considering it's thick consistency. It was not at all oily or greasy.

Using this cream before my makeup application didn't affect the quality of my makeup in any way. There was no balling of my foundation.

I'm glad this product contains SPF 15 but would be happier if it contained SPF 30.

I've been using this Revitalising Day Cream for more than two weeks now, applying it each morning all over my face and neck using circular motions for better absorption. I use it after cleansing my face first.

My skin feels lovely, soft and hydrated, and looks radiant after use.

I definitely recommend this day cream to other mature aged ladies and will be continuing to use this product after the conclusion of my trial.

Firstly I'd like to thank BH and Loreal for sending me the Age Perfect Cell Renewal Revitalising Day Cream to trial. I have really enjoyed using this product along with the serum and night cream in the same range over the past few weeks. So here are my thoughts:

PACKAGING:
The day cream comes in a silver box with gold and black highlighting. The cream comes in a square brown glass jar with rounded off edges and a gold and black lid. It's a simple design but it looks attractive without looking exactly luxe. I like my products to be packed in glass - you know there are no traces of plastic in the cream and it feels nice and solid in the hand. For some reason, the gold on my jar's lid has started to rub off so it looks a bit worse for wear though it always went right back into the box after use. Inside the product is covered with a freshness seal which I always keep on the cream. You do need to dip your finger into the cream to apply it (though you could use a spatula I guess). Overall the packaging is functional and easy to use.

PRODUCT:
The cream itself is white with a buttery, luxurious feel about it. I'm intrigued by the fact that it contains black truffle - I've never heard of that being used in face cream before. Black tea is rich in anti-oxidants so I it packs a real vitamin punch. It also contains Vitamin B and SPF 15 which is good too and it means I don't need to put on a separate sunscreen. The cream feels like it has oils in it though apart from the truffle I can't identify anything that would contain oil from the ingredient list. The day cream is perfumed but not as heavily as the night cream. It's a pleasant floral smell that I rather like. I can't smell it for long after application so it's not overwhelming. The cream absorbs quite fast really and immediately my skin feels hydrated and soft with a nice healthy glow. When used with the serum, this really is the dynamic duo of skincare - my skin really feels lovely.

PERFORMANCE:
After several weeks of use I've been really happy with how my skin looks and feels. It has a nice sheen and is no longer dehydrated and dull. It looks perked up and my fine lines look less obvious. I was even mistaken for someone younger than my years which is the ultimate proof that this cream works.

Overall this has been a real pleasure to use and the results speak for themselves. I would recommend this day cream to anyone with dry and mature skin. Definitely one I'd purchase in the future.
