Maybelline New York FITMe Matte + Poreless Foundation is formulated for normal-to-oily skin, and helps to mattify skin and blur the appearance of pores.
Overall, testers found the medium-coverage foundation applied easily and helped to control shine for most of the day. While some did experience oiliness by the end of the day, they expressed that it was less than usual.
As well as the mattifying effect, reviewers with pore issues were pleased to find the formulation helped to conceal pores, and ‘blurred’ them so they appeared less noticeable.
In terms of how the product looked and felt, many mentioned the foundation felt lightweight on their skin and left a natural finish that wasn’t too ‘caked on’. The majority of testers were also impressed with the staying power of the formulation.
Many members of the Trial Team mentioned they would have preferred if the bottle came with a pump, as this would help to reduce wastage. Those who suffered from dry skin on some areas on their face also said the foundation tended to enhance them, so they suggested the formula wasn’t the best for those with dry skin.

It has great coverage without being cakey, still lets your skin breath and appear youthful while covering most blemishes and providing a good base for concealer to cover any blemishes it doesnt.
It stays matte for most of the day- only usually becomes a it oily in the T zone nearing 12 hours at the end of the day.
Good shade coverage too, both pink and yellow toned shades for when I'm fake tanned and pale.
Over all one of the favourite cheaper foundations.
Although it goes on light and thin, you can build up coverage.
I used to use the original FIT Me range and love that they've introduced this which suits my skin much better.
Plus with so many colours to choose from, I'm sure you will find one to match your skin tone.
